Our setting is intentionally small and personal. Rather than creating a large childcare environment, our aim is to foster a community where children are truly known, observed, and supported as individuals.
We believe childhood should not be rushed. Children need time to explore, repeat, make mistakes without fear, develop independence, and experience the satisfaction of doing things for themselves.

Meet Nertila Molla (Miss Tila)
Montessori with Tila is founded and led by Nertila Molla (Miss Tila), an experienced educator with 17 years of teaching experience in international school environments.
Tila holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, an International Montessori Diploma, and additional international credentials in Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development.
After many years of working with children and international families, Montessori with Tila grew from a passion to create an intimate sanctuary in Farkë where Montessori principles could be lived authentically every single day.
